Community Guidelines
Signal & Circuit discussions exist to improve the conversation around the work, not to reward whoever can make the room least usable.
Participate in good faith
Address the argument and the evidence. Disagreement is welcome. Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, repetitive disruption, and targeted abuse are not.
Keep it relevant
Comments should relate to the article or a clearly connected issue. Spam, undisclosed promotion, link dumping, coordinated manipulation, and attempts to derail every thread may be removed.
Protect people and systems
Do not post private personal information, credentials, malicious code, exploit instructions, or material that violates another person’s rights.
Moderation
Readers can report comments. Signal & Circuit may remove content, limit participation, or suspend accounts when needed to protect the community. Moderation decisions consider context, repetition, severity, and credible risk.
